With the design of reinforced honeycomb structure and solid metal frame, this honeycomb laser bed is engineered to be both strong and stable. The included honeycomb panel support base is 100mm in height, measuring an overall area of 650*650mm, and the effective working area is 400*400mm, which makes it suitable for various laser engraving machines.
3. Innovative Exhaust System
It is innovative in design, which is equipped with support base and a smoke exhaust fan, and it is specially used for laser cutting smoke exhaust. It removes exhaust gases and heat accumulated underneath the honeycomb panels, improving heat dissipation efficiency and reducing the risk of material ignition. The exhaust gases are discharged through an exhaust pipe.
4. High-strength Material
Sculpfun smoke exhaust honeycomb panel is made of high-strength steel, with the support base to ensure that the centre does not collapse during use.
5. Wide Compatibility
The attached fan is provided with a power adapter that allows it to be used with other semiconductor lasers and CO2 lasers.
NOTE:
This product is only suitable for the machines with support feet smaller than 650*650mm. For machines with larger sizes, you can use additional risers to increase the height of the machine to use the honeycomb panel!
