  • The service fee we negotiated with the host is $30/€ per hour. This fee only covers basic product display and demonstration content. If you need more professional guidance, you can discuss the subsequent fees with the host.
  • After the demonstration, you will pay the agreed-upon fee to the host on the spot, based on the duration.
About Demo Room & Dealer Store
  • The Demo Rooms listed above are all brand ambassadors or KOLs who have partnered with SCULPFUN for many years. They have access to most of our exhibits for demonstration and are highly professional in the field of laser engraving machines. If you decide to order after see the demonstration, you can get exclusive discount code from the host too.

    Dealer Stores are local distributors that partner with SCULPFUN. They have also received training on the product demonstration process, so there's no need to worry.
How long does the service take, and where is it held?
  • The service usually takes one hour and can be done in the host's demo room.

    The host will accept your service request and reach out to you shortly.

For online service, you can discuss the schedule with the host and arrange a suitable time together.For in-person service, the host will provide the full address and any necessary directions.

How can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

If you already have the host's contact , you can contact them directly to cancel; if you do not yet have the host's contact, please email brandshop@sculpfun.com to request the cancellation.
