Your Must-Know Before Purchase:
1. This is a refurbished product and may show signs of use. If you mind, please purchase a new product.
2. Returns and refunds for refurbished products are only accepted under the following conditions:
① Order not shipped within 3 business days;
② Loss or damage during shipping causing the machine to be unusable;
③ Out of stock and unwilling to wait.
3. If the product is faulty after assembly, contact us immediately. We will send replacement parts from our overseas warehouse, or from China if the overseas stock is insufficient.
4. Refurbished machines have a 15-day after-sales service:
① Please inspect the product within 7 days of receipt. Missing parts reported after 7 days will not be replaced for free;
② Free warranty is not provided after 15 days from the date of receipt, but technical support will still be available;
③ In special cases, the warranty period may be extended. For example, if you receive replacement parts, the warranty starts from the receipt of those parts.
